5. Profit-Sharing and Investment Programs

Participation in BNBU’s financial programs, including profit-sharing pools and investment opportunities, is governed by additional agreements provided upon enrollment. Key considerations include:

• Eligibility: Only qualifying members may participate.
• Risk Disclosure: All investments carry inherent risks. BNBU does not guarantee financial returns.
• Distribution Schedule: Profit-sharing payouts and investment returns are distributed based on the terms outlined in specific program agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on the BNBU platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, toolkits, and logos, are the exclusive property of BNBU or its licensors. Unauthorized use of BNBU content is strictly prohibited.

• Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify platform materials without prior written consent.
• Use of BNBU’s trademarks, branding, or proprietary resources requires explicit authorization.

In no event shall BNBU’s liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
